1. Ownership & Copyright

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Andrew Carotenuto. Purchasing an original painting or print does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without express written permission.

2. Accuracy of Information

I make every effort to display the colors and textures of my work accurately. However, because computer monitors vary, I cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. I reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time. Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments/Stripe. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. While I am not responsible for carrier delays, I will assist in any way possible to help you track your art.

5. Right to Cancel

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, if there is an error in pricing or an issue with shipping to your location). If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued immediately.
