Returns & Exchanges

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

1. Original Artworks

  • All Sales Final: Due to the unique nature of original mixed media works, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges on original paintings.

2. Giclée Prints

  • 7-Day Return Window: I want you to love your new art. If you are not satisfied with your Giclée print, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Conditions: The print must be returned in its original, pristine condition and in its original packaging.

  • Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including full insurance. A refund (minus original shipping) will be issued once the print is received and inspected.

  • Transit Damage: If a print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can send a replacement immediately.

3. Apparel, Stationery, and other products fulfilled by Printful

  • Defects & Damage: Claims for misprints or damaged items must be submitted within 30 days. Please email a photo of the issue to carotenutodesigns@gmail.com for a no-cost replacement.

  • No Buyer’s Remorse: Because these items are custom-printed on-demand by Printful, I cannot offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size charts provided.
