Production & Processing: Every print is made-to-order on professional archival paper. Please allow 2–3 business days for the printing process and quality inspection before your order ships.
Shipping Methods: Prints are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS, depending on the size of the order.
Packaging: To ensure your art arrives in perfect condition, prints are shipped in rigid flat mailers with acid-free backing boards.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your print leaves the facility.
Original Artwork
All Sales Final: All sales of original watercolor and mixed media artworks are final.
Color Accuracy: Please note that colors may vary slightly between screens. I strive to provide high-resolution photos that accurately represent the work. If you have questions about a piece, please contact me for additional photos or video before purchasing.
Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork. I will work with you and the carrier to resolve the insurance claim and provide a solution.
Prints
Exchanges: If a print is damaged in transit, it will be replaced at no additional cost upon receipt of proof of damage.
