Gaming Competition Poster Design

I created this project as a sample poster design for a competitive gaming event at a video game arcade. The project required balancing a bold, high-energy layout with the functional need to clearly display several key event details, including the date, time, location, entry fee, and age restrictions.

To deliver an arcade-themed aesthetic, I combined glowing purple and pink neon elements with a dark, pixelated background pattern. I placed a large, stylized text layout reading "LOCK IN" across the center, weaving a modern white game controller directly into the lettering to create a strong focal point. The secondary event details are organized neatly at the bottom using a clean, glowing sans-serif font. This structured composition ensures the poster stays highly impactful from a distance while keeping the essential tournament information easy to read.
